Demineralised water buffer tank

Virginal Papers is a manufacturer of special papers such as one-sided coated label paper, packaging paper, poster paper, etc. The water treatment plant of the factory near Nivelles already had an existing demineralised water tank. Because production is increasing and the consumption of demineralised water is increasing, the existing buffer tank was insufficient.

To double this storage capacity, Virginal Papers chose to rent a 50m³ tank from LIQSON.

The storage tank was fitted with the desired quick couplings and a digital level measurement.

A week after our representative’s visit, the tank was connected to the installation.

Demineralised water, deionised or demi water for short is water from which all salts have been removed.
